7-Up Tumble & Strength Training
Students who love to be challenged and are ready
for the next level of cheerleading will enjoy our
7-up Tumble & Strength  program. We offer
special tumbling workouts for all gymnasts and
cheerleaders needed to enhance their handsprings
and tumbling skills. Coaches will emphasize
safety, tumbling and conditioning.

Mini-Stars (Ages 5-7)
Aspiring cheerleaders will love this high-energy
introduction to cheerleading and dance. Our unique
program will incorporate fun lessons in hip-hop,
jazz, gymnastics and cheerleading. Daily lessons
will include cheer and pom pom routines, working
with props, and learning basic cheer motions and
jumps. Our energetic coaches will help develop
each student's confidence, self-esteem and
teamwork skills.
5-7 MINI-STARS Gym & Cheer
1 hour Gymnastics + 1/2 hour Cheer
