Girls 8-up Competitive Gymnastics Team Workout

This camp will emphasize developing the skills needed to compete in USA
Gymnastics competitions. Competitive Team gymnasts will enjoy our relaxed,
educational approach to coaching. This program has created numerous
All-State and All-County gymnasts since 1990! Summer workouts are
recommended for all current team members. Gymnasts will get a jump on
next season while improving their current skills. Come learn in a warm
nurturing environment, where champions are made!

OUR FLEXIBLE SUMMER CAMP FORMAT
Kids In Motion Summer Camp offers a flexible, self-created
schedule. Students may register for as few as 5 classes, or every
weekday between June 10th and August 29th. Additional
classes may be added individually, space permitting. (Due to
the flexibility of our classes, we cannot allow make-ups,
switching or changing classes.) All fees due when registering.
No refunds or credits after May 23rd, 2008.
Tumbling & Strength Classes '08
Mo,Tu,Wd,Th,Fri...1:00PM-3:30PM
Ages 7-Up...
Special workouts for all athletes,gymnasts
and cheerleaders. In addition to strength
and flexibility training, classes incorporate
upper level tumbling progressions of
handsprings and other advanced skills.
Prepare for your fall season all summer long!
